Peter Sage Principal and Chairman of Space Energy Group  Peter Sage, Principal, is a visionary founder and Chairman of Space Energy.  A serial entrepreneur, having launched, operated and brought to success multiple companies,six of which were large enough to qualify for the Entrepreneur Organisation membership.  He brings to Space Energy twenty years of experience in growing fast-paced enterprises, typically by identifying and creating value propositions to leverage relationships and access required resources.As a frequent public speaker on business topics he is well placed to effectively communicate the vision and developments of Space Energy to the rest of the world. Peter is an expert in personal development and a qualified trainer for Robbins Research International.  He has travelled internationally to mentor and train people from diverse backgrounds (from super achievers and successful businessmen to the homeless, drug addicts and abuse cases) and brings those skills and concepts to the creation and development of the rest of the Space Energy team. He has been featured in various entrepreneurial publications, and was recently nominated for the prestigious "Extraordinary Lives Award" by the largest social entrepreneurs organisation - XL Nation.  Peter is a philanthropist and an active supporter of multiple charitable causes and serves on the Board of Advisors for INSEAD - a global top five business school and one of the leaders in the field of entrepreneurship education.

Dr. Feng Hsu Head of Technology Dr. Feng Hsu is a world renowned expert and former research fellow of Brookhaven National Laboratory in the fields of risk assessment, risk-based decision making, safety & reliability and mission assurances for nuclear power, space launch, energy infrastructure and other high integrity social and engineering systems. Dr. Hsu was until recently head of the NASA GSFC risk management function, and was the GSFC lead on the NASA-MIT joint project for risk-informed decision-making support on key NASA programs, as GPM, LSS and the CxP etc. He was also a leading engineer/scientist in the Shuttle and Exploration Analysis Department at JSC in Houston, and led key projects such as the Shuttle PRA modeling & integration; SLEP and Shuttle upgrade trade studies. Dr. Hsu served on many agency and center expert panels supporting challenging SMA issues, including his key roles in the STS-107 (Space Shuttle Columbia) investigation team, the Return to Flight team, and ECO expert team for the Discovery mission. Dr. Hsu has over 90 publications and is co-author of two books and co-chair of several technical committees. He is frequently invited as a keynote speaker on many international forums, and is increasingly dedicated to frontier research ranging from human space exploration; solar energy to global collective intelligence and risk based policy-making on emerging environmental and energy security issues. Dr. Hsu holds a bachelors degree in Applied Math, masters degree in Operations Research and Statistics and a doctoral degree in Engineering Science. As senior advisory of Aerospace Technology Working Group (ATWG) and a co-founder of Space Development Steering Committee, Dr. Hsu has been a strong advocate for SBSP for years and was instrumental in instigating the 2007 NSSO study on space solar energy and has contributed whole-heartedly to the great human endeavor of harnessing solar energy for sustainable human development.

Fadi Khoury Board Member, Sr. Vice President Mr. Khoury is a Board Member of Space Energy and is also the former Chief Executive Officer of Blue Media Publishing & Distribution Group, and Chief Operational Officer of Ismail Khaja & Sons, a group of 52 companies with an annual revenues of over 1.8 Billion AED. He is also a Board Member of Al Ghurair Solaris Middle East LLC (a 1 Billion AED Dubai Transport Company) and Principal, Board Member & Middle East Liaison Officer of Huxley Management Company LLP. Mr. Khoury has a BS in Business Administration/Marketing, a BA in French, and an AA in Management Information Systems. He has served as Director of Sales & Business Development for Coca Cola in Jordan. During his years with Trans Jordan Communications Services Inc. (TJCS), he participated in major financial transactions and established important contacts in several countries including Yemen, Bangladesh, Morocco, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Oman, Egypt, Palestine and Iraq. He has also participated in several multi-million tenders in the Middle East and Gulf Region, including a Telecom transaction in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Khoury has been affiliated with numerous renowned organizations and societies such as the International Who's Who of Professionals (nominated "Man of the Year 2008"). He holds a Diplomatic affiliation with the United Nations Registry, a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association, as well a member of the Jordan Entrepreneur Association. Mr. Khoury sits on several Company Boards including his current group and recently, he was invited as an honorary BOD member in a 1Billion transportation company with the renowned Al Ghurair Family. Zhao Heng Manager, Space Energy Beijing Zhao Heng has an extensive career in the IT industry. Before joining the Space Energy team, he was most recently the marketing director of the Beijing Stone Group whose total sales revenue reached 3 billion Yuan under his direction. Zhao previously worked as marketing manager for Dutch Tulip Computer Asia Ltd. where he was in charge of market development in China, and also worked for seven years in a high-tech industry incubator associated with the Chinese Academy of Science's Institute of Computing Technology. Among his other experience, Zhao has been an application mentor for Beijing Fund for Innovative SME, an investment organization designed to nurture small and innovative businesses. He is also a partner in the Dachen Silver Thunder High Tech (Beijing) Investment Company, a fund established by the Beijing government for small and mid-sized businesses.

Dr. Gustav Grob Energy Team Dr. Gustav R. Grob is an expert on renewable energy and has been a key speaker at a number of high profile environmental conferences including the historic UN Climate Conference in Rio de Janeiro (1992) and the International Conference for Renewable Energies in Bonn (2004). He is the President of the International Clean Energy Consortium ICEC, which he co-founded shorlty after the 2nd World Climate Conference to respond to the urgent need for a clean, sustainable energy economy. Dr. Grob is also Vice-President of Hymobil AG for the clean vehicles, Board Member of International Energy Foundation (IEF),  Board Chairman of the Investment Fund Inc. Blue Planet and Chief Editor of Blueprint for the Clean, Sustainable Energy Age. In 2002, as Executive-Secretary and initiator, Dr. Grob founded the International Sustainable Energy Organization (ISEO), which coordinates global efforts towards clean and renewable energies. ISEO combines the work of many UN and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and is a driving force towards a global energy legislation and standardization. Dr. Grob is also the author of numerous publications on energy, sustainable development, standardization and business ethics.

Vahid Fotuhi Energy Team Vahid Fotuhi is the President and Co-Founder of the Emirates Solar Industry Association (ESIA), a regional NGO that promotes solar power. As BP Solar’s Director for the Middle East and North Africa region based in Dubai, Vahid is accountable for maintaining and expanding solar partnerships with governments and utility companies in this emerging solar market. Viewed as an expert in the field of solar energy, Vahid is regularly quoted in Reuters, Bloomberg, The National, Kuwait Times, Arab Gulf News, and Arabian Business. He is also a frequent speaker at solar energy conferences in the Middle East. From 2004 until 2007, Vahid was based in Algeria where he was in charge of Government Affairs for BP’s oil and gas division. Peter Thomas Commercial Team With his rich and diverse background, Peter Thomas is credited by associates as being one of the world brand developers for Century 21 Real Estate. He was the Founder and Chairman of Century 21 Real Estate Canada Ltd., which developed into the largest real estate network in the country. At the time he sold the company in 1987, it had achieved $9 billion in annual sales through 450 franchises with over 8,000 sales representatives. In 1984, Mr. Thomas founded Samoth Capital Corporation, a North American real estate investment and management services company (now known as Sterling Centrecorp Inc.), for which he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to 2001. John Reynolds Commercial Team The Hon. John D. Reynolds has joined Lang Michener's Vancouver office as Senior Strategic Advisor. Bill Calsbeck Commercial Team Mr. Calsbeck brings over 25 years of capital markets and micro-cap experience to Ubequity. Bill began his career in Banking and Trust services and after several years moved into the Human Resource field providing consulting services to clients such as the Vancouver Stock Exchange, Expo 86, MDA, and several major financial institutions. His duties extended from executive recruiting and board Member selection to financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising. Robert G. Richer Security Team Mr. Richer retired in November 2005 from the Central Intelligence Agency as the Associate Deputy Director for Operations (ADDO). As the ADDO, Mr. Richer was responsible for leading the Clandestine Services' worldwide collection and operational efforts with specific focus on national security priorities and threats. He brought to that position more than twenty years service focused on national collection and operational priorities, the Middle East and the war against terrorism. During his years of service he developed unique relationships with key foreign officials and leaders; particularly in the Middle East and South Asia. Prior to his assignment as the ADDO in 2004, Mr. Richer was the Chief of the Near East and South Asia Division, responsible for Clandestine Service Operations throughout the Middle East and South Asia. In that leadership role, Mr. Richer directed the Clandestine Service's roles in the prosecution of the war in Iraq, reinforced critical relationships with foreign governments and intelligence services on issues of national importance throughout the Middle East and South Asia, and participated in national security policy deliberations. Throughout his service with the CIA, Mr. Richer developed close and productive relationships with his United States military counterparts; particularly in the area of Special Operations, the Central Command and the overall war against terrorism. His close ties to the U.S. military were built upon his military service. Mr. Richer enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1972. He was commissioned in 1978 from the enlisted ranks and served on active duty until October 1983. He was recalled to active service in 1991 for Operation Desert Storm. He completed his service with the Marine Corps, while in the reserves, in 1997. Mr. Richer has been awarded numerous awards and commendations from a number of foreign governments. Additionally during his Agency career, he has received commendations and awards to include the Intelligence Commendation Medal in both 1993 and 1996; the Director's Award in 2004 and in March 2006, Mr. Richer was awarded the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal. After retirement from the CIA in November 2005 he joined Blackwater USA as the company's Vice President of Intelligence. In January 2007 he assumed duties as the Chief Executive Officer of Total Intelligence Solutions. In February 2008 he left Total Intel to pursue private interests. Mr. Richer currently consults on Middle East and National Security issues.

Steve Harper Commercial Team Steve Harper is a business executive with over 30 years experience in the global, aerospace, defense and space industries spanning new ventures, advanced programs and production of highly engineered products and systems.   He has successful track records in positions of program management and operations; strategic planning and business development; and corporate development including several M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side and integration).  He has held increasing positions of responsibility in engineering, business development, program management, and product line management with P&L accountability with eight global aerospace primes and OEMs including British Aerospace, Martin Marietta (Lockheed Martin), Kaiser Marquardt, Agusta Aerospace Corporation (Agusta-Westland), and General Dynamics. Mr. Harper is presently the Product Line Manager for Bipropellant rocket engines at Aerojet, which supplies in-space, flight rocket engines to the global space marketplace.  Applications include: the Space Shuttle Orbiter, many of the world’s geosynchronous satellites, the International Space Station re-supply vehicles (the European Automatic Transfer Vehicle & the Japanese HII Transfer Vehicle), NASA’s Cassini mission to Saturn and NASA’s new Orion program.   In addition to a strong, business-operations acumen, he is a seasoned technologist with broad engineering experience in aerospace, renewable energy technologies, and spacecraft and rocket propulsion.  His leadership skills encompass tactical and strategic planning, general and program management, budgeting and finance, marketing & sales, and business execution spanning all aspects of operations through delivery and post- delivery support. Mr. Harper has a BSc with honors in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Southampton, UK and an Executive MBA with honors from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington.  He holds a Mergers and Acquisitions Executive certificate from the Anderson School of Business, University of California Los Angeles and is experienced in Lean business practices, Six-Sigma and Operational Excellence.

Stephen Weir Environmental Team Mr. Weir is one of Europe's most sought after and experienced experts in Supply Chain Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Environmental Impact. Stephen and his team have identified, overseen and implemented carbon reduction strategies and business wide efficiency measures for global blue chip companies including Price Waterhouse, Shell, Microsoft, Tate & Lyle and many others. In addition to CSR & Supply Chain Management, Mr. Weir has significant hands on operational expertise and over 20 years experience of global business management. His expertise includes exploring and realizing change to deliver significant value in terms of customer service improvement, market share development and bottom line financial benefits. Terry Tamminen Environmental Team From his youth in Australia to career experiences in Europe, Africa and all parts of the United States, Mr. Tamminen has developed expertise in business, farming, education, non-profit, the environment, the arts, and government. A United States Coast Guard-licensed ship captain, Mr. Tamminen has long been drawn to the undersea world, starting in the 1960s with a family-run tropical fish breeding business in Australia and continuing with studies on conch depletion in the Bahamas, manatee populations in Florida coastal waters, and mariculture in the Gulf States with Texas A&M University. On land, Mr. Tamminen managed the largest sheep ranch east of the Mississippi, assisting the University of Minnesota in developing new methods of livestock disease control. Terry also managed a multi-million dollar real estate company, owned/operated a successful recreational services business, and assisted the west African nation of Nigeria with the creation of their first solid waste recycling program. An accomplished author, Mr. Tamminen's latest book, "Lives Per Gallon: The True Cost of Our Oil Addiction (Island Press)," is a timely examination of our dependence on oil and a strategy to evolve to more sustainable energy sources. He has also authored a series of best-selling "Ultimate Guides" to pools and spas (McGraw-Hill) and several theatrical works on the life of William Shakespeare. Terry is an avid airplane and helicopter pilot and speaks German, Dutch and Spanish. In 1993, Mr. Tamminen founded the Santa Monica BayKeeper and served as its Executive Director for six years. He co-founded Waterkeeper programs in San Diego, Orange County, Ventura, and Santa Barbara. He also served for five years as Executive Director of the Environment Now Foundation in Santa Monica, CA and co-founded the Frank G. Wells Environmental Law Clinic at the School of Law, University of California Los Angeles. In the summer of 2003, Mr. Tamminen helped Arnold Schwarzenegger win the historic recall election to become Governor of California. He was appointed as the Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency in November, 2003, and Cabinet Secretary, the Chief Policy Advisor to the Governor, in December, 2004. He continues to advise the Governor on energy and environmental policy. In April, 2007, he was named the Cullman Senior Fellow and Director of the Climate Policy Program of The New America Foundation, a non-profit, post-partisan, public policy institute. Randall Benn Legal Team Mr. Benn is currently Partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf. The firm represents Fortune 500 corporations, municipal governments, non-profits and trade associations before federal agencies, Congress and the courts on a variety of environmental and energy matters. Practice includes lobbying Congress, drafting legislation and seeking appropriations on environmental, infrastructure, transportation, science, arts, housing and financial service issues. Mr. Benn has extensive experience reconciling diverse stakeholder interests and negotiating settlements in nationally significant, complex cases. He has also served as Attorney Advisor to the Assistant Administrator for Water, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This role involved advising senior management including the Administrator, on controversial issues and key policy and legislative Clean Water Act (CWA) developments. Mr. Benn is a Senior Fellow, Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment and Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions, and has numerous Board positions including: Board Member, Clean Water America Alliance, Advisory Board Chairman, "Love Thy Neighbor", promoting non-violence in Palestine, Member, "Capitol Hill Advisors", kitchen cabinet of lobbyists advising Habitat for Humanity D.C. and National Offices on Congressional strategy, and is Planning Chair for the American Law Institute-American Bar Association Clean Water Act Law and Regulation Conference (2005-2009). Martin Leverson-Gower Legal Team Martin is a well known and highly regarded Solicitor-Advocate. A key player in our legal team Martin has more than 25 years experience dealing with Corporate and Business Law. He has a keen interest in corporate development and planning matters. Martin originally qualified in 1983 and specialised in Family Law. He joined Garbin and Gray as an associate in 1981, after completing his studies and gaining in-house experience he became a partner in 1988. In 2000 he moved to the U.S. returning in 2010 to join the Legal Team at Space Energy.

Mark Wallach Legal Team Mr. Wallach is a Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Litigation Group of more than 40 attorneys. The firm represents a broad spectrum of businesses, organizations and individuals, including publicly and privately traded corporations, on matters ranging from business issues to intellectual property matters, and is a member of Lex Mundi, a network of law firms located in 155 countries. His practice includes litigation and trial of complex business disputes, concentrating on corporate, business tort, utilities and public law litigation, with in-depth focus on consultant and accountant liability litigation, contract disputes, trade secrets and non-competition covenants. Mr. Wallach also works with clients to resolve zoning and other issues involving local and state governments. He regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout the country on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Wallach is Chair of The Sculpture Center, a non-profit organization which promotes the careers of young sculptors, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Constitution Society. He is listed in Who's Who in America and The Best Lawyers in America, as well as Chambers' Leading U.S. Lawyers. For several years, Mr. Wallach has been an active advocate for Space Based Solar Power, becoming General Counsel of the NewSpace Alliance in 2008. He was a contributor to the October 2007 Report on Space Based Solar Power issued by the National Space Security Office, and has written and spoken widely on SBSP to a variety of audiences. In addition, Mr. Wallach is an active member of the National Space Society and the Space Frontier Foundation, and has participated in multiple meetings with Congressional offices about SBSP and space issues, generally.

Ralph Nansen Aeronautics Team Ralph Nansen is the founder and president of Solar Space Industries and the former head of the Solar Satellite Division for Boeing. He has been recognized as one of the key leaders in the world to develop, promote, and manage the Solar Power Satellite program since 1973. He is the author of an advocacy book for the public entitled, "SUN POWER: The Global Solution for the Coming Energy Crisis", published by Ocean Press. Mr. Nansen has been involved in space engineering for over 40 years, primarily with The Boeing Company. He started as a designer on the Bomarc rocket-powered missile, and in 1961 was selected to develop the initial configuration used by Boeing in their successful bid to design and build the giant first stage of the Saturn V moon rocket. In 1962, he became design manager of the Saturn S-1C fuel tanks, the first stage of the rocket that sent the Apollo astronauts to the moon. Mr. Nansen's final assignment on the Saturn program was as Saturn V Cost- Effectiveness Manager. After the moon landing he moved into the position of Design Manager for the Boeing Space Shuttle definition studies.

Dr. Larry DeLucas Aeronautics Team Dr. DeLucas is a former shuttle astronaut and the former Chief Scientist for the International Space Station and is currently the Director of the CBSE. The CBSE consists of 115 scientists and engineers involved in a number of scientific research activities (structural biology and pharmaceutical development) as well as space product development for NASA and the International Space Station. Dr. DeLucas is a strong advocate of SBSP and recently traveled to India to assist in presenting the concept to many government ministers. Mike Snead Aeronautics Team James Michael (Mike) Snead is a registered Professional Aerospace Engineer. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and the Air Force Institute of Technology with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Aerospace Engineering, respectively. Mr. Snead retired from the United States Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in early 2007 to enter private consultancy. During his civilian Air Force career, Mr. Snead was involved in a variety of aircraft and reusable space access programs, including being the Project Engineer for the Air Force Transatmospheric Vehicle project, Chief Flight Systems Engineer and Lead Structures Engineer for the National Aerospace Plane/X-30 Joint Program Office, and Government Technical Consultant for the BMDO Delta Clipper Experimental (DC-X) Single-Stage Rocket program. To address future Air Force airlift and air power projection needs, Mr. Snead led the development and advocacy for the Configurable Air Transport or CAT concept. Mr. Snead is a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a past chair of the Space Logistics Technical Committee. He is a graduate of the Advanced Program Management Course at the Defense Systems Management College. He has published technical and forward-looking advocacy papers on aircraft and spacefaring logistics infrastructure in Aerospace America, the Air Force: Air and Space Power Journal, the International Society of Logistics' Logistics Spectrum, the Journal of AstroPolitics, and the online Space Review, in addition to multiple technicamagazinel conference papers. In 2007, Mr. Snead led the space logistics assessment of space solar power in support of the National Security Space Office's study "Space-based Solar Power as an Opportunity for Strategic Security."

Dr. William Gaubatz Aeronautics Team Dr. Gaubatz, Senior Advisor, X PRIZE Foundation, is a pioneer and leader in program and concept developments that have impacted national programs and policies, leading the way to today's Personal Spaceflight Industry. At McDonnell Douglas, he originated and managed the development of the Delta Clipper reusable Spaceplane concept. His Delta Clipper Experimental programs (DC-X and DC-XA) proved through flight, that aircraft like operations could be routinely achieved for Spaceplanes. He was an originating founder of Universal Space Lines, Inc. where he is President of SpaceClipper International (SCI) with the long-term goals of establishing an international network of spaceports and connecting Spaceway routes. He was active in early development activities leading to New Mexico's Spaceport America.  Dr. Gaubatz is a charter member of the X-Prize Committee, founder of the annual International Symposium for Personal Spaceflight (ISPS), Chairman of the Space Tourism Society, Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), member of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), member of the International Institute of Space Law (ISSL), member of the Space Frontier Foundation, Honorary member of the Japanese Rocket Society (JRS) and Chief Judge for the X PRIZE Space Projects Lunar Lander Challenge.

Dr. Richard Dickinson Aeronautics Team Dr. Dickinson is one of the world’s foremost experts on Wireless Power Transmission (WPT). President of OFF EARTH-WPT, a Wireless Power Transmission business, he brings 35 years of experience in WPT, spacecraft , ground antennas & transmitters; having worked for CalTech at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), under NASA contract for 39 years.   Dr. Dickinson was Group Supervisor of the High-Power Transmitter Group at Goldstone and was NASA's microwave power transmission specialist on the Solar Power Satellite Reference System team. The first X-band transmitter on the Mariner-Venus 1973 spacecraft for use in S/X-Band dispersive charged particle experiments was developed in the Spacecraft Transmitter Development Group, which he supervised.  He investigated the technology for the microwave power transmission link of the NASA-DOE proposed Satellite Power System (SPS) as the wireless power transmission specialist on the NASA study team.  Dr. Dickinson spent 9 months at the Japanese Institute of Space and Astronautical Sciences  in 1988 as a detailee from JPL providing liaison for the Voyager Neptune encounter. He also worked in the JPL International Affairs Office in the Far East Desk. Dr. Dickinson is currently a Multidisciplinary Senior Engineer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) California Institute of Technology, Pasadena. As a Microwave Power Systems Engineer in the Communications Ground Systems Section of the Telecommunications Science and Engineering Division, he is currently involved in studying and designing the solar pumped laser-power beaming phased array for interstellar missions. He received the B.S.E.E. degree from Auburn University, Auburn, AL in 1958 and the M.S.E.E. degree from  the University of Texas-Austin in 1962.

Neville Marzwell Aeronautics Team Dr. Neville Marzwell was the Manager for Advanced Concepts and Technology Innovation at NASA-Jet propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California. Dr. Marzwell has 36 years experience in defense and aerospace systems technologies in which he initiated various technology breakthroughs and paradigm innovations. His work expertise is in the area of power generation, beaming, management, storage, smart grid, automation and robotics, sensors, guidance, navigations and controls. Before joining JPL, he was program manager of Advanced Technology with the High Energy Laser Research Projects at the Rockedyne Division of Rockwell International where he developed innovative wave front sensing and correction systems, optical and sensor protection systems for surveillance satellites, and SSME launch systems. At Honeywell Research Center he was instrumental in advances in infrared detector technology, electro-optical materials, holographic recording media, and fiber optical systems. Dr. Marzwell was a Josephine de Karman fellow at the California Institute of Technology and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, and Materials Science from Caltech, and a minor in International Economics. He worked at the Industrial Division of the World Bank in Paris, France. Presently, he is a consultant to major Aerospace and government agencies. He is also a Senior Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at the University of La Verne. He has published 137 papers in refereed and professional journal and served on various national and international panels, workshop, conferences and symposium committees for NASA. DOE, and DOD.

Martin I. Hoffert Aeronautics Team Professor Martin (Marty) Hoffert is Professor Emeritus and former Chair of the Department of Applied Science at New York University.  His academic background includes a B.S. (1960) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; M.S. (1964) and Ph.D. (1967) from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (now the Polytechnic Institute of New York) in Astronautics; and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies, M.A.L.S. (1969) from the New School for Social Research where he did graduate work in sociology and economics.  He has been on the research staff of the Curtiss-Wright Corporation, General Applied Sciences Laboratories, Advanced Technology Laboratories, Riverside Research Institute and National Academy of Sciences Senior Resident Research Associate at the NASA/Goddard Institute for Space Studies. Prof. Hoffert has published broadly in fluid mechanics, plasma physics, atmospheric science, oceanography, planetary atmospheres, environmental science, solar and winds energy conversion and space solar power.  His work in geophysics aimed at development of theoretical models of atmospheres and oceans to address environmental issues, including the ocean/climate model first employed by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to assess global warming from different scenarios of fossil fuel use. Prof. Hoffert early model of the evolving CO2 greenhouse in Mars’ atmosphere is also of interest today, providing both an explanation of Mars’ riverbed-like channels formed in the distant past and a motivation for terraforming its atmosphere for human habitability in the future. Prof. Hoffert research in alternate energy conversion includes wind tunnel and full-scale experiments on innovative wind turbines, photovoltaic generation of hydrogen and wireless power transmission applied to solar power satellites. His present efforts focus on energy technologies that could stabilize climate change from the fossil fuel greenhouse, including Space Based Solar Power. Prof. Hoffert is a member of the American Geophysical Union, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.  He is also Chairman of the Board of the Aspen Global Change Institute, Senior Fellow of the Breakthrough Institute and Chief Scientist of Versatility Energy Systems.

Taylor Dinerman Public Relations Team Mr. Dinerman was born in Washington DC and educated in Switzerland, Britain and the US. He trained as an archeologist in Israel, Switzerland and Hawaii. From 1976 until 1997 he worked as a sales consultant for Samuel Dinerman Associates In Europe and the Far East representing numerous high end consumer products, including Waterford Crystal, Lindt Chocolates, Burberry clothing and many others. Beginning in 1982 he began writing for newspapers (Berkshire Eagle and North Adams Transcript)  in Massachusetts on politics, strategy, terrorism and other subjects. In 2000 he started the Online magazine 'Space Equity' which covered the finance and investing aspects of the space industry.  He writes a syndicated weekly column for the 'Space Review' and also writes on space and defense issues in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, National Review, Space News and Ad Astra (the magazine of the National Space Society). He was also an author of the textbook “Space Science for Students” and  is a previous part time consultant for the US Defense Department.
